About the role
- Be the go to owner for PNC’s check processing systems, making sure platforms run smoothly every day.
- Keep payments flowing, reduce user pain points, and lead improvements that make work faster and easier for our front line and operations teams.
- Ensure solid product vision together with all Product Owners and provide guidance on backlog prioritization based on business value.
- Engages with other Portfolios/ executives when information/ scope of the teams not enough to make decisions.
- Partners with independent risk management to ensure requirements are met and that products are integrated and deployed successfully to production.
Requirements
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Preferred Skills: Agile Methodology, Customer Solutions, Information Management, Organizational Analysis, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Program Administration, Scrum, Software Testing.
