About the role
- analyze data, perform research, root causing and problem solving
- manage multiple projects and deadlines, engaging with partners through client/employee improvement experience
- coordinate automation activities including building business requirements, user acceptance testing, operational readiness, change management
- ensure the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards
- communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- documentation knowledge and prior CLLO experience preferred
- knowledge of ACBS, CapitalStream, ACLS, Tableau, and CLASS preferred
