About the role
- Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data of loans
- Perform financial calculations and read loan documents
- Maintain system on Enterprise!, loan management system
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements and ensure compliance
- Resolve non-compliant issues through communication
- Process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements
- Prepare periodic reporting including investor, internal, and regulatory reports
- Support onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans
- Maintain accurate loan servicing records in the servicing system
Requirements
- Bachelors
- 1+ years of experience in financial data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with loan documentation
- Ability to handle compliance requirements and regulatory reporting
