About the role
- Lead a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy
- Lead the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business
- Manage the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs
- Provide high-level oversight of projects within the program, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance expectations are met
- Deliver clear, concise program updates to heads of Technology and Line-of-Business leaders
- Facilitate executive communication and alignment to ensure consistent understanding and support across senior leadership
- Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry relevant experience
- Bachelors degree
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
