About the role

  • Lead a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy
  • Lead the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business
  • Manage the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs
  • Provide high-level oversight of projects within the program, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance expectations are met
  • Deliver clear, concise program updates to heads of Technology and Line-of-Business leaders
  • Facilitate executive communication and alignment to ensure consistent understanding and support across senior leadership
  • Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
