About the role
- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary
- Work within PNC Technology to shape data-driven innovation and drive transformative change
- Collaborate with internal business groups and stakeholders to implement and improve systems and processes
- May perform some responsibilities remotely at manager’s discretion but primarily based in a PNC location
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT change management, release management, or a related role
- Proven experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- University / college degree typically required; Bachelors specified
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
