💰 $65,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- leads critical operational support and/or implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities or initiatives within an operational unit
- oversees performance and risk indicators
- establishes process performance measurements and oversees business impact
- communicates performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
- promotes the production workflow and oversees escalated process issues
- identifies and manages the resolution of exceptions and serves as a point of escalation
- coaches operations process managers and team members
- develops and oversees policy change and/or improvement
- ensures understanding, acceptance and support for business support services, methods, capabilities or initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- university / college degree
- specific certifications are often required
- Equipment Finance expertise preferred
- general commercial lending knowledge expected
