About the role

  • Provide sourcing support for the Executive Recruiting team
  • Proactively design sourcing strategies that attract passive talent
  • Use various tools, technologies and strategies to source candidates
  • Manage candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
  • Gather and report on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
  • Leverage HR technology resources for leads and qualification assessment
  • Lead effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
  • Maintain strategic relationships with recruiters for consistent messaging

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing candidates at the executive level
  • Proficient in Candidate Sourcing, Client Counseling, Competitive Advantages, Decision Making, Job Interviews, Recruiting Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning
  • Knowledgeable in Candidate Screening, Diversity Recruiting, Employee Selection, HR Policies, Standards and Procedures, HR Planning And Development, Information Capture, Interviewing
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; university/college degree preferred
  • Certifications are often desired; in lieu of degree, comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
