About the role
- Provide sourcing support for the Executive Recruiting team
- Proactively design sourcing strategies that attract passive talent
- Use various tools, technologies and strategies to source candidates
- Manage candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
- Gather and report on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
- Leverage HR technology resources for leads and qualification assessment
- Lead effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
- Maintain strategic relationships with recruiters for consistent messaging
Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates at the executive level
- Proficient in Candidate Sourcing, Client Counseling, Competitive Advantages, Decision Making, Job Interviews, Recruiting Strategies, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning
- Knowledgeable in Candidate Screening, Diversity Recruiting, Employee Selection, HR Policies, Standards and Procedures, HR Planning And Development, Information Capture, Interviewing
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience; university/college degree preferred
- Certifications are often desired; in lieu of degree, comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
