About the role
- Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent
- Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies
- Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
- Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
- Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
- Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives
- Builds relationships with pipeline candidates
- Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation
- Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
