About the role
- ensures daily operational excellence
- verifying that all core systems are functioning properly
- connects with team members to assess workloads and address immediate concerns
- leads or participates in daily team huddles to review work reports and escalations
- approves service requests through the portal
- assists team members with past due items and account issues
- supports loan administrators in managing their portfolios
- participates in leadership meetings
- collaborates with technology partners on system enhancements and project implementations
- ensures team certifications and training remain current
- monitoring audit controls and compliance items
- maintains and updates departmental procedures
- oversees end of day processes to ensure work completion and accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- strong Excel proficiency
- general technical competency
- willingness to learn ACBS
- preferred experience includes general loan servicing, with a strong preference for syndicated loan expertise
- nice to have exposure to CLO/AMG operations and project management
