About the role
- Manage large-scale programs across the CTO scope of work, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and data center projects.
- Drive program execution with a strong focus on timelines, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide guidance and leadership to project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continual improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
- Deliver clear and concise updates on program progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Requirements
- Program/project management experience in large-scale technical environments.
- Proven track record managing infrastructure and data center projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring project managers.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive execution and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong ability and desire to lean in and drive outcomes.
- Passion for delivering customer value and operational excellence.
