About the role
- Lead distribution strategy for the bank's services (Escrow, Paying Agent, etc.)
- Define sales strategy and drive revenue growth
- Engage with key decision-makers and drive business development efforts
- Client relationship management and expanding market share with law firms, private equity firms, etc.
- Market Mapping & Outreach: Identify and engage target partners and client profiles
- Define and manage KPIs to forecast growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
- at least 5 years of prior management experience
- progressive leadership experience managing large-scale growth
- extensive experience leading and executing operational change
- exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- proven success delivering industry-leading client-centric solutions and initiatives
- strong written and verbal communication skills to executive audiences
- extensive experience interacting with clients and prospects in support of business development
- strong executive presence and presentation skills
