About the role
- Apply specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
- Support the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documentation, accurate processing of transactions, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to accurately apply loan terms in loan servicing activities.
- Resolve non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties.
- Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reporting including investor, internal and regulatory reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
