Business Operations

• Work with program managers and subcontract administrators to plan, monitor, and control project performance
• Forecast expenditures; prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs); and track costs on detailed ACRN-funded contracts
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements, deliverables, and applicable regulations
• Conduct cost analysis, explain variances against budget, and recommend corrective actions as needed
• Build relationships across organizational boundaries to define business system requirements
