Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior technical lead / Subject Matter Expert
Provide mentorship/guidance and strategic direction on a spectrum of new capability initiatives
Help or lead AI/ML execution and implementation within projects
Lead or advise on AI adoption & implementation strategy at PMAT
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI with corporate strategies
Supervisory responsibilities for a diverse, geographically distributed data science team
Lead and support the identification of potential new customers and their challenges
Act as a trusted interface with government stakeholders
Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies
Train and upskill PMAT personnel in AI/ML adoption and implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive leadership and analytic experience in data discovery, management and implementation
Demonstrated success in introducing, driving the adoption of, and implementing AI/ML technologies and solutions
Data Governance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Python and a variety of other AI/ML tools and technologies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance, or eligibility to maintain one
