About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for all engineering and operational matters on-site
- Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with specifications and safety standards and within budget
- Team management, client management, and business development
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Support corporate and business unit initiatives
- Project lifecycle oversight including planning, design, construction, and closeout phases
- Risk management and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent relevant experience in engineering or construction.
- 15+ years of experience in wastewater, sewer, pipeline, tunneling, or related public works projects.
- CA PE License or CCM certification required.
