About the role
- Parimatch is an online entertainment company with 30+ years in the game; creates digital experiences where sports, culture, and technology meet.
- Running influencer campaigns across multiple brands, products, and target markets.
- Managing projects on several platforms at once: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media communities across key platforms.
- Ensure the quality and brand alignment of all influencer content.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Adapt campaign strategies to meet the specific goals of each product and regional market.
- Stay up to date with platform policies, particularly in relation to gambling content, and find innovative ways to overcome ad restrictions and visibility limitations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of the casino, sports, and esports industries.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Proficient in performance metrics (CTR, CPR, CPV, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry and key product metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, etc.).
- Proficient in using BI systems.
- Experienced with marketing platforms (Affiliate, etc.).
- Skilled in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
- Extensive network of industry contacts.
