About the role

  • Parimatch is an online entertainment company with 30+ years in the game; creates digital experiences where sports, culture, and technology meet.
  • Running influencer campaigns across multiple brands, products, and target markets.
  • Managing projects on several platforms at once: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and media communities across key platforms.
  • Ensure the quality and brand alignment of all influencer content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Adapt campaign strategies to meet the specific goals of each product and regional market.
  • Stay up to date with platform policies, particularly in relation to gambling content, and find innovative ways to overcome ad restrictions and visibility limitations.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in social media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of the casino, sports, and esports industries.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Proficient in performance metrics (CTR, CPR, CPV, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry and key product metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, etc.).
  • Proficient in using BI systems.
  • Experienced with marketing platforms (Affiliate, etc.).
  • Skilled in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Extensive network of industry contacts.
