Account Executive

• Actively prospect large enterprise companies in the Corporate segment.
• Attend corporate events, trade shows, and HR gatherings to generate opportunities.
• Ensure that stages of the sales funnel are accurately recorded in systems, complying with commercial policies and compliance requirements.
• Participate in competitive bidding processes, understanding companies' real needs and proposing solutions that are meaningful for employees, HR, and the organization as a whole.
• Develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and their key contacts.
• Present comprehensive, customized benefits solutions aligned with market trends.
• Independently develop and execute targeted sales plans, delivering an impeccable sales process from prospecting to closing and upholding a high standard of excellence.

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, customer experience, costs and people indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Consolidate and support the Directorate's budget, act as guardian of governance and serve as a recurring point of contact with Controllership;
• Structure, monitor and run cadence forums for action plans through delivery of analytical studies with insights to drive results with the responsible areas, helping them answer questions that deliver outcomes;
• Act as a strategic partner to the Operations & Customer Experience teams, supporting decision-making;
• Ensure standardization of metrics, reports and monitoring routines (Dashboards and DataViz/Mockups, rituals and results forums);
• Support the definition of targets, the breakdown of objectives, alignment of conceptual rationales and calculation notes, and help reflect the documentation of these decisions in Confluence/JIRA;
• Support strategic projects, pilots and business transformation initiatives, using frameworks and facilitating workshops;
• Serve as the interface between the Directorate's needs and the Data, IT and Salesforce teams, representing your client area and supporting whatever is necessary to expedite deliveries (use cases);
• Support the Data team in validating new Cubes (a way of organizing data across multiple dimensions to make analyses faster, more flexible and more intuitive for the company).
