Frontend Engineer

• Mobile-First Development: Take ownership of our React Native mobile application, designing and implementing new features that provide a high-quality experience on both iOS and Android.
• Clean & Scalable Frontend: Architect reusable component libraries and state management patterns that keep our codebase clean, maintainable, and easy to scale.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive debugging and performance tuning to ensure fast load times and efficient data handling.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with Backend Engineers to define API contracts and with Product Designers to turn wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
• Quality & Stability: Lead the testing strategy for the frontend (unit, integration, and E2E) and manage the mobile release cycle (App Store/Play Store).
• Technical Mentorship: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, share knowledge with the team, and help define frontend best practices and standards.

• Monitor and analyze new regulations, public consultations and regulatory changes issued by regulatory authorities (e.g., Central Bank).
• Assess regulatory impacts on the company’s products, operations and business models.
• Prepare technical opinions, regulatory memos and executive reports for leadership.
• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements, coordinating interfaces with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Contribute to the development and updating of policies, procedures and internal controls related to the regulatory environment.
• Participate in strategic projects involving regulatory innovation, new business models or significant regulatory changes.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory assessment processes.

Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Account Executive

• Make a difference as a Senior Commercial Consultant — you will be part of a diverse team responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on relationship management, cross-sell and retention.
• In addition to ensuring revenue targets are met, elevate engagement with the accounts in your portfolio and demonstrate the value of Pluxee’s differentiated service.
• Seek new cross-sell opportunities for Pluxee across all categories by building a consistent client relationship through an understanding of their business and broadening points of contact, thereby consolidating our value proposition through specific, targeted sales.
• Ensure adherence to our operating model, which comprises our performance pillars: strategic planning, day-to-day execution, final profitability, consultative approach, and others.
• Engage in consumer and trade marketing activities, new retail partnerships and other initiatives, always attentive to different business opportunities (both inside and outside your portfolio).
• Visit all clients, prioritizing the agreed rotation of accounts through a mix of in-person and remote engagement during business days.
• Ensure interaction with Salesforce.
• Monitor market information to execute and seed new opportunities in partnership with the Commercial area, contributing experience and staying alert to changes or situations that may affect our business and/or our clients.
• Part of your activities will include proactively scheduling positive meetings with Association leadership, creating strategic alliances and providing advance insights for our business.
