About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect large corporate companies in the Corporate segment.
  • Attend corporate events, trade shows and HR gatherings to generate opportunities.
  • Ensure that all stages of the sales funnel are accurately reflected in systems, complying with commercial policies and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in competitive bidding/RFP processes, understanding the real needs of companies and proposing solutions that make sense for employees, HR and the organization as a whole.
  • Develop business partnerships with internal and external areas.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and their primary points of contact.
  • Present comprehensive, customized employee benefits solutions aligned with market trends.
  • Independently develop and execute targeted sales plans, delivering a flawless sales process from prospecting to closing and setting a high standard of excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales and prospecting large accounts.
  • Experience with competitive tender/RFP processes.
  • Ability to build relationships across different departments and hierarchical levels.
  • Senior, entrepreneurial profile with autonomy to develop outreach strategies.
  • Fluent English (preferred).
