About the role
- Develop and execute media relations and communications efforts for a dedicated public affairs account.
- Plan and execute projects to completion for a key client account.
- Track and monitor campaign deliverables and serve as project manager for a key account.
- Serve as a liaison between PLUS’ internal team, the client, other agency partners and external vendors.
- Develop presentations, collateral materials, strategic plans and other reports.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and task tracking systems to ensure visibility across internal teams and client.
- Map out client calendars and ensure the team is accountable for planning ahead and building campaigns around key moments, launches and events.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the project.
- Manage resources and ensure client expectations are communicated and met.
Requirements
- 3-5 years project management experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Strong background in project planning, task tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience developing and delivering client-facing reports and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to the details.
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter the time commitment.
- Preferred: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
