Build and lead a small team of product and marketing analysts; set priorities aligned with product and growth goals and foster their development
Own and evolve the company’s data stack (BigQuery & Looker), ensuring data quality, clear taxonomy, robust documentation, and scalable event tracking in collaboration with engineers
Drive product and gameplay analytics: define success metrics; analyze retention, monetization, engagement, and feature performance; lead experimentation (A/B testing, holdouts)
Deliver actionable marketing & UA insights: integrate attribution and ad platform data; track ROAS, CPI, and creative performance; identify growth and channel opportunities
Champion a data-informed culture: improve data literacy through training; enable self-service dashboards; establish regular KPI reviews to guide decision-making across teams
Shape modern analytics team and drive product and marketing decisions to scale the game and company
Requirements
5-7+ years in Product/Growth analytics
At least 1-2 years in a leadership role
Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud warehouse environments
Proven experience with Looker (or similar), including data modeling and dashboard creation
Familiarity with F2P mobile game KPIs and lifecycle metrics (retention, ARPDAU, LTV, churn)
Understanding of UA and attribution ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google UAC, SKAN, MMPs like Adjust/Appsflyer)
Experience managing or mentoring analysts while remaining hands-on with analytics work
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
