About the role

  • Partner with Paid UA Managers to support technical and operational aspects of Paid UA campaigns.
  • Act as MarTech ambassador bridging Paid UA and MarTech teams, collaborating with MarTech Specialist (Web).
  • Ensure campaigns run on clean, reliable, future-proof setups resilient to browser and privacy changes.
  • Handle ops, technical setups, and attribution layer to make performance marketing scalable.
  • Debug tracking discrepancies between platforms (e.g., GA4 vs ad platforms) and propose fixes.
  • Cover basic GTM setups/fixes and request reviews from MarTech Specialist when needed.
  • Work with Product teams to identify non-UA causes of performance changes and use analytics tools like Amplitude.
  • Potentially support cross-pollination with App UA Ops over time and explore channels like CTV and affiliation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven, recent hands-on experience running Paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, Apple Search Ads.
  • Fluent in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; experience with Reddit Ads, Snapchat a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, AppLovin, Unity Ads, IronSource.
  • Experience with CTV/OTT campaigns is a bonus.
  • Direct experience running campaigns for subscription-based businesses and understanding of trials, paywalls, recurring revenue, and retention.
  • Deep understanding of subscription business model: ROAS, predictive ROAS, LTV, predictive LTV, churn impact.
  • Strong understanding of attribution & tracking: UTMs, click IDs, postbacks, cookies, localStorage, server-to-server setups.
  • Awareness of browser-level changes and Privacy Sandbox knowledge.
  • Experience with Web2App flows.
  • Experience with GA4 (must).
  • Basic web tracking skills (GTM, event tagging).
  • Experience working with Product teams and tools like Amplitude.
  • Fluent English, written & spoken.
