Graphics Designer

• Take high-level marketing goals and campaign briefs, autonomously conceptualizing and executing high-level visual systems for major product and marketing launches.
• Own, scale, and document Plume's brand identity system (Figma libraries, templates, and style guides) to ensure a unified and consistent visual language across all platforms.
• Direct and execute high-impact motion assets, GIFs, and short-form video ads specifically optimized for paid and organic channels.
• Iterate rapidly on creative assets based on A/B testing and performance data.
• Leverage prior experience to design and implement efficient creative request, feedback, and delivery processes.
• Oversee the creative output from freelancers and internal teams, establishing a high visual bar, providing clear feedback, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with non-designer stakeholders across departments to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
