About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high impactful roles across the organization, from sourcing through to offer stage.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-caliber senior candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment performance and pipeline health, leveraging data to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Partner closely with the Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices for senior-level talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent and People teams on initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, and process enhancements.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for Plum’s culture and values at every stage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with proven success in leadership or senior-level hiring.
- Experience across engineering and product hiring, with strong market insight
- Ability to independently manage multiple complex searches and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus).
- Strong judgment in evaluating leadership talent and understanding what constitutes high performance in a product-led, growth-oriented company.
- Collaborative, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership.
- Passion for recruitment, candidate experience, and fostering a people-first culture.
