• Determine new financial products to launch as Plum to maximise the return tax-efficiently for customers
• Combine information from customers' profiles and their personal needs and goals to derive their asset allocation based on personal circumstances
• Work with customer data to optimise asset allocation and product adoption
• Evolve giving personal guidance to customers at scale across multiple jurisdictions
• Work collaboratively with the product organisation to determine the roadmap for Wealth
• Enhance the understanding of Plum users on financial products and how to use them to better their financial journey
• Ensure that all financial advisory activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements
• Offer guidance on tax-efficient investment and financial planning strategies to minimise tax liabilities and preserve and grow customers’ wealth

Portfolio Manager, Product Strategist

Data Analyst

• Part of a well-established Data Analytics team embedded across Product, Marketing and Operations
• Become the data-expert in the space you cover, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketeers to define and execute the team’s roadmap
• Develop your team’s metrics, targets and visualisations in Looker to monitor performance and unpack trends
• Perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and identify high-impact opportunities (new features, bugs)
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new releases
• Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt
