About the role
- Ads Content Strategy: Define and own Japan‑specific ads content strategy across formats and platforms to drive performance, brand relevance, and business growth.
- Creative Performance Optimization: Partner with ad ops teams to evaluate creative performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize content based on KPIs.
- Creative Direction & Collaboration: Lead creative briefs and strategic guidance for internal teams and agencies, ensuring content aligns with local culture, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
- Market & Consumer Insight: Analyze Japanese consumer behavior, content trends, and competitor activity to inform messaging, formats, and storytelling approaches.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in ads content strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience driving ad performance through creative and content optimization.
- Strong understanding of Japan consumer culture and digital media landscape.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with media, brand, analytics, and creative teams.
- Native or near‑native Japanese; business‑level English, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
