About the role

  • Act as the subject matter expert in using data to analyze product and business performance for the Teams product, providing authoritative insights across adoption, engagement, and usage.
  • Independently identify, frame, and solve high-impact product questions, leading analytical work that supports the Teams feature through its 0→1 phase.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define hypotheses and design, analyze, and interpret experiments or product launches that inform key product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain core metrics, dashboards, and analytical views that provide clear visibility into product performance and learning progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including with the Singapore-based analytics team, to translate insights into data-driven recommendations that improve product outcomes and execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or related roles within AI, tech, or product-led companies, with exposure to zero-to-one or early-stage product development.
  • Strong technical foundation, including advanced SQL, metric design, experimentation analysis, and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces, from identifying the right questions to driving analysis and translating insights into action.
  • Strong product and business judgment, with experience influencing product direction, prioritization, and iteration through data-informed insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage Product, Engineering, leadership stakeholders, and partner effectively with cross-region analytics teams.
