About the role
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
- Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
- Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly.
- High attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy.
- Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months (Jan–May/June).
