About the role

  • Collaborate directly with executives and hiring managers to establish a clear hiring strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related filed.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a search firm or in-house environment.
  • A strong interest in AI and Tech industry.
  • Proven experience in developing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
