About the role
- Connect with potential customers through personalized outreach
- Generate pipeline and close smaller transactional deals
- Execute outbound prospecting and lead generation through various channels
- Respond to inbound leads and assess fit, need, and readiness
- Manage and close smaller deals within assigned regions
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account targeting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide updates on pipeline progress
Requirements
- 1+ years in sales, business development, customer service, or related field (with cold calling experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM tools
- Comfortable working in a remote team
- High energy, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets
