Product Manager

• Define and drive product strategy for key parts of Upsun—especially infrastructure orchestration and developer workflows.
• Shape intuitive, outcome-focused experiences that make infrastructure seamless for modern dev teams.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, support, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and milestones.
• Gather feedback from internal users and external customers to guide product decisions and roadmap development.
• Partner closely with platform, systems, and infrastructure engineers to build scalable, reliable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to positioning, messaging, and rollout of new features with our go-to-market teams.

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead strategic initiatives to standardize API design, defining naming conventions, schemas, and patterns across microservices.
• Manage the full API lifecycle from architecture reviews and documentation to deprecation policies and backward compatibility.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Security teams to embed governance policies and controls into API design and delivery.
• Solve complex challenges in data consistency and interoperability across microservices.
• Ensure our API strategy supports scalability, integration, and innovation, empowering developers and enabling AI agents to consume data efficiently.
• Drive adoption of best practices that improve developer experience, speed of delivery, and system reliability.
• Contribute to Upsun’s API-first culture, where robust, well-documented APIs become the backbone of every product and service.

Software Engineer, API Governance

• Design, build, and maintain backend services in Go (Golang) that power AI-driven agents.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production environments, including LLMs, decision-making systems, and reinforcement learning agents.
• Develop APIs and microservices for agent communication, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Implement concurrency, event-driven systems, and message queues to support scalable agent interactions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and observability with robust logging, monitoring, and alerting practices.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to turn prototypes into production-ready services, while shaping architecture decisions around frameworks, data management, and testing.
• Write clear technical documentation, champion Go development best practices, and contribute to a collaborative remote-first culture with pair programming and team sessions.

• Design, build, and scale a global Application Services business unit, including structure, offerings, and delivery model.
• Define and launch a portfolio of offerings (application migrations, load testing, modernization, upgrades, ongoing support) and create capability and offering roadmaps.
• Develop and execute business plans with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals.
• Lead value-led solution sales, engage in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal reviews; partner with Go-to-Market teams for market offers and adoption.
• Ensure successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction; oversee migrations, performance testing, modernization projects, and support using a global delivery model.
• Attract, recruit, and retain talent in application architecture, engineering, and consulting; foster a culture of excellence and represent the business at the executive level.
