About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Plasmidsaurus’s digital channels, focusing on social media and email campaigns.
  • Own the day-to-day execution of all social media channels ensuring consistent presence.
  • Help design and deploy thoughtful email workflows that respect a scientist’s inbox.
  • Write copy that understands the difference between in vitro and in vivo without a second thought.
  • Engage with our community of scientists to build and support brand loyalty.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), and channel growth to inform continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science discipline.
  • 2+ years of bench lab experience to ensure knowledge of lab culture and terminology.
  • Hands on experience managing social media accounts, editorial calendars, and community engagement.
  • Experience executing email campaigns and marketing workflows using a CRM platform (preferably HubSpot).
  • Experience designing digital content and marketing assets.
  • Biotech experience is highly preferred.
