Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service or client support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with ticketing services like Service Hub, Zendesk or Service Cloud
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus
