About the role
- The Political Operations Senior Specialist will work within the Strategic Operations team.
- Supports the External Affairs Org Unit, providing budget and contracting operational support.
- Collaborates with leaders across External Affairs, Strategic Operations, OEC, and in other departments.
- Supplies significant logistical, operations, budget, and compliance support to the PPFEDPAC and Action Fund.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3–5+ years of experience in political finance, compliance, budgeting, contracting, or nonprofit political operations required.
- Experience managing multi-entity cost allocations preferred.
- Experience with election-cycle financial operations preferred.
- Experience with in-kind valuation and documentation across entities preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office products.
