About the role
- Configure and manage HubSpot settings, workflows, automation, and integrations
- Maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot
- Design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes
- Develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies
- Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot assets
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide training and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles
- Proficiency in HubSpot's various tools and features
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with API integrations and data management
- HubSpot certifications are a large plus
