Requirements
12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years leading managers or senior recruiters in high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
Proven success building trust and credibility with challenging or senior stakeholders.
Experience operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale, with strong knowledge of best practices in hiring.
Ability to critically evaluate recruiting processes, propose improvements, and lead change management.
Track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams, with a leadership style rooted in collaboration, ownership, and curiosity.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
