About the role
- The Customer Growth and Experience (CGX) vision is to enable every customer to discover, get value from, and continue to build with Plaid, through self-serve tools. The Customer Growth and Experience mission is to accelerate customer velocity and create delightful experiences at the most pivotal stages of our customers’ journeys with Plaid. We achieve this in three ways: driving revenue acquisition, accelerating customer launch/activation, and scaling. Increasing the operating efficiency of our GTM and GTM supporting teams (NBs, AEs, AMs, Support, Implementation, TAMs, Customer Oversight, Finance, and Commercial). Enhance the developer experience (primary) and the experience of all emerging dashboard personas (secondary). Responsibilities include supporting growth of Engineering Managers and Senior ICs; partnering with product counterparts and cross-functional partners; ensuring technical strategy alignment; setting short- and long-term goals; revising organizational structure; partnering with recruiting to fill key roles.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team composed primarily of Engineering Managers. Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional partners (ideally outside of Eng/Product/Design as well). Nice to have: a mix of experience working on both customer-facing and internally-facing teams. Nice to have: experience leading growth teams/organizations.
