About the role
- Provide external customer service to the company's clients;
- Provide information about products and materials and clarify technical aspects of projects;
- Prepare quotes, respond to requests for quotations, and negotiate;
- Manage and monitor orders in progress, checking for pending issues and deadlines and requesting corrective actions as needed;
- Conduct client prospecting by contacting potential customers and presenting the company and its products;
- Analyze customer orders and offer alternative products or services.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent);
- Proficiency in Excel and Word;
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service;
- Knowledge of tax calculations;
- Knowledge of products in the electrical materials market.
