About the role
- Maintain and update product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotions.
- Lead organic and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified traffic.
- Improve the customer journey and increase wholesale order conversions online.
- Track KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, GA4, and similar tools.
- Strategically grow digital conversions from the West Palm Beach market.
- Work onsite with leadership, sales, and marketing teams daily.
- Plan and execute seasonal, holiday, and product-specific online promotions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the digital rollout of new products and categories on the website.
- Identify and communicate improvements needed in website design, layout, or mobile responsiveness.
- Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns and retargeting ads to bring customers back.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or e-commerce.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid media, and conversion strategy.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to be fully onsite in West Palm Beach.
- B2B/Wholesale experience is a major plus.
