Account Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, forming contractors, and other key industry partners
• Proactively generate new leads and expand SkyTec's customer base across scaffolding rentals and rebar/formply supply and installation
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, site visits, relationship building, negotiations, and closing new business
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional service throughout each project
• Build long-term partnerships that result in repeat business and ongoing referrals
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new construction opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland
