About the role
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, and travel by coordinating logistics and follow-ups
- Manage the flow of personal and professional correspondence
- Draft and edit correspondence for clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support core HR processes and policies
- Serve as a first point of contact for office and technology issues
- Lead or support internal projects
- Create polished presentations and supporting materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years supporting C-suite executives in complex, fast-paced environments
- Consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in presentation, conduct, discretion, and judgment
- Hands-on experience with HR administration
- Highly effective written and verbal communicator with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using Adobe Sign
- Anticipates the needs of the CEO, thinks critically, and takes initiative
- Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience supporting or leading projects
- Flexible, collaborative, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities
