About the role

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, and travel by coordinating logistics and follow-ups
  • Manage the flow of personal and professional correspondence
  • Draft and edit correspondence for clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Support core HR processes and policies
  • Serve as a first point of contact for office and technology issues
  • Lead or support internal projects
  • Create polished presentations and supporting materials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years supporting C-suite executives in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in presentation, conduct, discretion, and judgment
  • Hands-on experience with HR administration
  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator with impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using Adobe Sign
  • Anticipates the needs of the CEO, thinks critically, and takes initiative
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience supporting or leading projects
  • Flexible, collaborative, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities
