Support influencer and brand campaigns from activation through reporting, ensuring smooth professional experience for clients and creators
Compile post-activation reports, including streaming and content analytics
Assist with tracking and managing influencer deliverables based on project scope and brand partnership KPI’s
Reconcile contract deliverables and pre-approved draft executable copy sent to COO
Help manage influencer invoicing, payments to influencers, and follow up on outstanding payments
Record and track content creator deliverables across each campaign
Update internal records with current influencer data, including audience demographics, social following, and other relevant data points
Coordinate influencer product shipments and travel logistics
Provide up-to-date and accurate reporting, inclusive of executed deals, deal deliverables, and payment updates
Help identify potential brands that align with our current influencer and content creator portfolio
Support influencer and sales outreach when bandwidth allows
Sales prospecting for influencers, gaming, and sports properties
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively across several projects
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and project management tools
Professional, clear communicator — both written and verbal
Relatable and personable — someone who can connect with both influencers and brands
BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines
1-3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, marketing, and business development
Knowledge and understanding of the esports, gaming, & content creator sponsorship landscape
An appropriate level of drive and toughness to effectively manage multiple demanding critical projects in a fast-paced, technical environment, and rapidly evolving industry
Firm grasp of available networking platforms within the sports management industry
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Acute attention to detail, organization, and efficiency
Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite
