About the role
- Support Lead acquisition and outreach: identifying potential customers, compiling targeted contact lists, and actively reaching out via phone, email, or other channels.
- CRM maintenance: support upkeep and organization of CRM system to ensure efficient workflows.
- Market & competitor research: collect and analyze information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Administrative support: assist with preparation of proposals, reports, and campaign-related tasks.
- Be a valuable part of the Marketing & Sales team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, research-driven environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, Medical or Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent German skills (C2 or native level).
- Strong English skills (spoken and written).
- Initial experience in marketing and/or sales is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, structured working style, and willingness to learn.
- Must be a student with a valid work permit or visa for Austria.
- Ability to work ~15 hours per week (working student).
