About the role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with AMT’s branding and business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage branding efforts, including website updates, social media presence, and marketing campaigns.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 –10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Site Infrastructure industries).
- Demonstrated success in client engagement, proposal development, and marketing execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, proposal software, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Plus: Experience in transportation and surveying services.
