About the role

  • Renewal Account Executive focused on retaining business and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Act as subject matter expert on Pitney Bowes SendTech Shipping and Mailing Solutions
  • Work directly with an assigned team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Generate, upgrade, and manage a portfolio of SMB or multilocation accounts through outbound calling
  • Partner with Enterprise AEs to generate quotes, support closing, and process orders to retain revenue
  • Present and close sales virtually or over the phone with existing clients
  • Manage follow-up activities for inbound leads and secure appointments for Enterprise AEs and Product Specialists
  • Overcome objections by positioning program benefits, features, and company value proposition
  • Navigate complexities and regulations of lease, rental, and renewal contracts/agreements
  • Plan and document sales activities, customer information, campaigns, pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with direct client interaction in a sales capacity
  • Experienced Inside Sales professional in Shipping or Mailing domains
  • Shipping or Mailing Domain knowledge with foundational understanding of carrier solutions
  • Strong understanding and prior experience selling SaaS solutions (eCommerce / Warehouse Shipping / Mailing Solutions / Office Shipping preferred)
  • Proven background of client retention
  • Successfully closed business over the phone or in virtual meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal (phone) communication
  • High level of initiating outbound sales calls
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; employer will not sponsor visas
