Act as the one point of contact for Pitney Bowes' largest Enterprise clients
Create and send invoices on a timely basis
Create and maintain spreadsheets and manual portal billing via Microsoft Excel
Generate customer correspondence and maintain accurate client account information in applicable systems
Work directly with clients to resolve past due invoicing and collect, including escalations
Work with all business lines to resolve disputes and collect
Support the Sales team with client account requests and maintain positive client relationships
Handle account cleansing including payment application and reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, Fleet management data, PBI, and Purchase Power processing
Perform all data entry and keystrokes required to address client issues
Requirements
Experience with client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and success through effective communication and problem-solving
Ability to work autonomously with clients, Sales, internal departments, and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report client health metrics
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with various client levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities
Must be legally authorized to work in the US; employer will not sponsor (no H-1B)
Must be able to work aligned to Eastern Time Zone (Monday - Friday; between 7am - 6pm based on business need)
