• New customer acquisition: You identify and win new customers, especially at specialist congresses / industry events, on LinkedIn, and by phone, and conduct initial conversations about how Pitchview can be used.
• Presentation & consulting: You conduct virtual product demos, open webinars, and advisory meetings with marketing, sales, and digital teams in the pharma and medtech sectors.
• Existing customer management: You support existing clients, identify opportunities for expansion projects, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Onboarding & training: You accompany new customers during their start with Pitchview, conduct training sessions and workshops, and support implementation.
• Proposal preparation & negotiation: You prepare tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations through to successful closing.

Sales Manager

• Neukundenakquise: Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Kunden, insbesondere auf Fachkongressen / Branchenevents, sowie LinkedIN und via Telefon und führst erste Gespräche über die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Pitchview.
• Präsentation & Beratung: Du führst virtuelle Produktdemos , offene Webinare und Beratungsgespräche mit Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Digitalteams in der Pharma- und MedTech-Branche durch.
• Bestandskundenpflege: Du betreust bestehende Kunden, erkennst Potenziale für Ausbauprojekte und sorgst für eine langfristige Zufriedenheit.
• Onboarding & Training: Du begleitest neue Kunden beim Start mit Pitchview, führst Trainings und Schulungen durch und unterstützt bei der Implementierung.
• Angebotserstellung & Verhandlung: Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und führst Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
