About the role

  • New client acquisition: You identify and win new customers, especially at specialist congresses and industry events, and conduct initial discussions about how Pitchview can be used.
  • Presentations & consulting: You deliver virtual product demos and consult with marketing, sales, and digital teams in the pharma and MedTech sectors.
  • Account management: You manage existing customers, identify opportunities for expansion projects, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & training: You support new customers during their launch with Pitchview, conduct trainings and workshops, and assist with implementation.
  • Proposal preparation & negotiation: You prepare tailored proposals and conduct contract negotiations through to successful closing.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally within digital or life-sciences environments
  • Enjoy interacting with people — whether at conferences, in video calls, or during follow-up
  • Confident presence, strong communication skills, and consulting aptitude
  • Structured, independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills
