About the role
- New customer acquisition: You identify and win new customers, especially at specialist congresses / industry events, on LinkedIn, and by phone, and conduct initial conversations about how Pitchview can be used.
- Presentation & consulting: You conduct virtual product demos, open webinars, and advisory meetings with marketing, sales, and digital teams in the pharma and medtech sectors.
- Existing customer management: You support existing clients, identify opportunities for expansion projects, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Onboarding & training: You accompany new customers during their start with Pitchview, conduct training sessions and workshops, and support implementation.
- Proposal preparation & negotiation: You prepare tailored proposals and lead contract negotiations through to successful closing.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally in a digital or life-sciences environment
- Enjoy interacting with people — whether at conferences, in video calls, or during follow-up
- Confident presence, strong communication skills, and proven advisory competence
- Structured, independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good German and English skills
