• You will identify potential clients, establish initial contacts, and persuade them to choose PIRATEx
• You will develop innovative, tailored event concepts that excite clients and participants
• You will manage selected projects from planning through execution
• You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring regular alignment and transparent communication
• You will represent PIRATEx at events and industry meetings and build long-term business relationships
• You will prepare persuasive proposals including concept, timeline, and budget
• You will design the participant experience from the first touchpoint through post-event follow-up
