About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop and maintain an active peer-to-peer community for leaders — online and offline
- You are the primary point of contact for community members: welcoming, reliable, and on equal terms
- You anticipate what the community needs before anyone asks — and you act
- You ensure members genuinely benefit from each other: you curate content, facilitate connections, and spark new ideas
- You measure what works and continuously evolve the format
- You plan and organize regular community events — small, curated, with a distinctive touch
- You handle everything: venues, invitations, logistics, tech, atmosphere — nothing slips through the cracks
- You are present on site and create an environment where people can really arrive and open up
- You communicate regularly with community members: newsletters, updates, personal messages — always warm, always specific, never generic
- You identify and recruit new members who are a genuine fit for the community
- You develop an authentic community voice that builds trust
- You support guest acquisition for our podcast: you spot interesting, relevant guests and reach out to them
- You coordinate recordings and guest communication as part of a largely automated process
- You contribute ideas for must-have guests — and explain why
- You actively and naturally use AI tools in your daily work
- You spot repetitive processes and automate them — comfortably using tools like Make, n8n, or similar solutions
- You work closely with our team, which already integrates AI deeply into its work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in community management, event management, or communications — ideally both
- Proven experience using AI tools in day-to-day work — not experimental, but habitual
- Initial experience with automations (simple flows count — what matters is the mindset)
- Excellent German, good English — you write in a way people actually read your messages
- You are warm and authentic — people can tell you mean it
- What you say, happens
- You know what busy people need — and what prevents them from engaging
- You have a sense for moods, spaces, and the right moment
- You are genuinely interested in AI — not because you have to, but because it fascinates you
- And you know when humor is appropriate
Benefits

- Flex-remote: Work where and when you work best
- Trust-based vacation: Above the legal minimum
- Urban Sports Club & Deutschlandticket
